as the manager, i just want to say that these are older apts. I started recently and have changed alot. If you dont want a DWI and want to meet cute peeps come here, there are no families with children(very annoying). you can walk downtown or take a 5 buck cab. the apartments are very nice from the inside, as i have seen people that take care of thier things. I dont return deposits for worn out carpets, people who dont clean ----, people who leave trash outside thier apts, people that smoke cigarettes all day, etc, but for the most part they are returned. just take care of your carpet. If it looks like someone else wouldnt touch it, you should pay.
