The manager is correct.. This apartment complex is all about location, location, location. It is a very cute centrally located box. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to live keep moving !!!!
The Frat boys and girls are always loud, especially during football season. There are residents who purposely sit outside their front doors with music blaring all hours of the night.
Managment is virtually invisible. They only work 10:30-5:30 M-F... Cheap place to live and great location.. yeah if you are 20 something and still on Mom and Dad's dime and not quite and adult with a job or responsiblities.
