Not bad at all.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I'm a 30 year old software developer, I've been living there for 3 years, I'm a work-a-holic, and sometimes work at home,..
there is a party somewhere there every weekend. somethimes it's on the east side, sometimes the west. but it was never anything that kept me from getting my work done, or losing sleep.
It's mostly young adults that live there. Great place to meet some extremely cute girls. The place i lived in was a 1-bedroom (more like a studio), but i dind't have any issues with it.
When my heater/AC combo died, i went to the office, and got a replacement (this one with a remote!) installed within 3 days.
When i got laid off from work, i spoke to them about it prior to being late.. and i made some payment plans with them to avoid any late fees.
I am moving out of there to get a bigger place, closer to work. But i don't expect the other part of my deposit back (i've already gotten back the first part 2 years ago). After all, my place smells like smoke, i have stains on the carpet, etc.. (other minor 'oopsies' that happen over the course of living somewhere).
But someoneone has to pay for those fixes, and it's only right that it be me. i don't think the next person after me wants to smell my dog.
Never had any leaks.
Only seen roachs for the first 2 weeks of being there, called the pest-control number they gave me, and never had an issue with it for the rest of my 3 years there.
All the residents were either friendly, or kept to themselves. If a party was goign to heppen near you that weekend, you were invited.
Living on the west side of the property, i had a great view of the woods. If you like birds and nature, it's a nice relaxing view.
On the bad side.. One of the major things that got me even concidering moving out, was becuase of the parking. You're assigned 1 sticker, for each bedroom in your apartment. I can understand why they are doing it, becuase i was there before that whole parking thing started, and it was hell to find a spot, especially during things like S-by-SW. But it cuased an issue with me, since i lived far from work, i needed to get my g/f a car, and then replace mine, since we both worked on oposite ends of town, and shareing a 21 year-old car was a pain.
