Location is awesome! Management is usually in a bad mood every day and not very friendly. Parking is a pain in that the lot is way too small to drive in and out of spaces. Place is way run down. Things are falling apart (i.e. runoff is making the foundation unstable which leads to unusual leaks, cracks in the walls and uneven floors). I lived here for 6 months and it was about 4 months too long.

People in the complex are generally really cool though.

FYI...the 1-1s use wall units for A/C.
