The last time i checked these 6th St Apts was not some OLD senior citizen retirement center. ROFL...Hahaha Im an RN and I've lived at these apartments for a year now. The complex from the outside isnt the greatest but the interior of the apt, makes up for it.
Lately management has added a new roof, new staircases, and other good things; I was also told that new paint was comin so thats cool. I just renewed my lease because 6th St is a steal for location. Livin this close to downtown i take off in the mornin and go runnin at the Hike & Bike trail, plus you can meet hot guys.... Granted my apartment is about 500 square feet but my bills are cheap and this place comes with Cable!!! Im not gonna stay here forever but my neighbors say that this place sure has come a long way from what it was back in 1999 when it was under different management. Parking can be a hassle with the gas guzzling SUVs but for the most part your neighbors are cool.

Bottom line is.. that its a cheap place to live in the Downtown are. Believe me.. you could pay more than $1,500.00/month just for a small bedrooom.
