This property's only advantage is it's location, and for the price you can't get a better spot in Austin. However, the actual units are terribly run down, you will have a bug problem regardless of how many times the pest control comes out and sprays. The windows have zero insulation, so you will hear every single thing that goes on outside- noisy neighbors, car traffic, etc. While I originally thought it was mostly young professionals living in this complex, I had a rude awakening with some noisy and very inconsiderate young students. After several complaints to the property manager, something was finally done, but the noise hasn't stopped. The window units are loud, and poorly installed, so the gap between the unit and the wall is a perfect place for roaches to come and go as they please. There is no visitor parking, and Sal will call a tow truck to come tow your friend's cars when they come to visit. It will cost them $200 to get their car back. I would not recommend this complex. Ultimately, the owner doesn't care about his tenants, and because of that and it's complete lack of ameneties, you will be miserable.
