OMG, it is hard to believe that this supposed place is still in business and hasn't been closed by authorities.
Always cover yourself, with these unprofessionals by getting copies of receipts for rent, get everything they promise in writing and be ready to contact the City of Austin officials or the Texas Apartments Associatin for how they deal with tenats/people. Warn other people of this business and these questionable characters.
