This place is a total joke! Less than a year old and everything in the unit brakes, and getting someone to fix it is a nightmare. The walls are paper thin, you here everything around you. Parking is a joke, not even enough for the people who live there. Don't even think about parking in covered parking they tow everyone, including people who live there. The management could care less about the people who live there. After move out they keep the deposit, and make claims it is for carpet cleaning and painting (what the hell is normal ware and tear?).
Other issues are kids running around the parking lot with no supervision, and you hear music blaring and smell dope everywhere.
Take my advise and don't move to SOCO!

You're a joke. The management is great except for one (starts with I). Maintenance comes right over and the only thing that breaks is what YOU break.They dont tow unless you dont have a permit to park under the covered parking.have a great day
