I have had no problems with living here, of course the parking is kinda shady in some areas if you come home late but overall I love being close to downtown!!! Their gate system ALLWAYS works that makes me feel safer. I wish I didn't have to leave this place, I have to relocate with my job but if I ever come back to Austin, i'd be back here. Thanks A Bunch...
