I was the first tenant in the complex and while I felt the complex had potential I ultimately felt a bit let down. The place is nice now, but I do not believe it will be that way for long. If you need a decent place for short term then go ahead, but don't plan to stay long. And any review that says that there have been no break-ins is incorrect. My roommate at the time had not only this car broken into but the garage he had rented as well. Although I would not call the place unsafe, I would not call it secure either.
