You have got to be kidding me! Anyone with a brain know's that the new management has been on this site! People, I ask you to please pay attention to what we have written. Obviously we ALL know that this place is just gone bad. as for the old staff leaving "OK" comments....well we have all had to ask for a good referral with our old jobs...right'

Come on, how stupid do you think we are Loan'Get real! The gates are completely down! Just an open invatation for more drama around here. Even the Security officer is leaving! Yeah he's buying a house, GOOD after living here surely he was pressed for a steady home. Maybe my standards are high because once you have great management, you expect all of them to have the same respect for their position. Most people won't know the name of the management company muchless how their staff in the past is. See what I mean! Use your noggins here. I will be moving out soon, not because I want to, because I have to. I can't deal with stupid management, unsafe complex, drug dealers, break-ins & crappy people that just moved in. It's something you shouldn't have to stress about on a daily basis, weather or not my home will be safe when I get home, or if my car will be there in the morning...safe & unharmed.

In addition I have lost many friends that I have made here at soco, I will miss the location to just about anything, I won't miss an ignorant manager with clueless office staff. I have done some research on this new management company and have sent my concerns to them. I ask those of you that are dissatisfied with anything at all with the office staff, etc...please do so. I hope this will help this cute place change for the better! I beleave that if we as a community express our concerns for what has happened we might be able to get to the bottom of this nonsense! One more thing...grow up Loan! Screening your calls won't make you better at your job, or make any of us think that you don't know what we are entitled to, we know about the Austin Tennants Council (512) 474-0196. And how they too would like to know what is going on here! Your position does not scare us! Eventually you need to see that you just are not a good manager, maybe a different goal this year might help you to become a better person. Accept that you are not welcomed here, and if you don't change your ways now you might not be accepted elsewhere.

You are a VERY sick and paranoid person. What REALLY scaires us is, that someone like YOU may actually be our neighbor!! If so, WE do hope you WILL move!!! Get a Life and get help.

Hi peacekeeper1.... er, Loan. Here is a tip. When so many people post about what a horrible complex this is turning into, you'd have a LITTLE more credibillity if you just tried to play down the problems, rather than posting that this is a perfect place to live.

Get a life and don't make assumptions.....My friend is peacekeeper dork. You people need to get a life. I have a sister that is working in the industry and there is much more going on then you ignorant people think. If the old management was doing such a great job, don't you think they would be here. This is how this business works, so think before you speak ot at least pretent you are not that ignorant. I live here, I pay my rent and mind my business and I don't seem to have any problems, it's you problem people that are creating the problems.

I have been looking for an apt, but the immaturity that is displayed in a public venue is reason enough to not rent here. I dont know any of you, but all of you freak me out. Which is sad because I like the layouts of the apartment I see on apartments.com and the price is good. I don't need a landlord that is crazy or has previous crazy staff.
