On top of it all, they'll screw your credit

The previous comments about all the problems since the new company came in are absolutely correct, so I won't bother repeating it all.

I moved out a few months ago because of all this. I gave my notice, my lease was up, turned the apartment over in perfect order. (even paid to have the carpets cleaned and walls painted for them!) I didn't pay a deposit, so I wasn't expecting money back. This is part of the reason I paid for the carpet cleaning and painting, I didn't want them sticking me a bunch of charges.

Well, turns out they did anyway. Carpet replacement, paint fee, replacing the floor in the bathroom. None of these things had ANY problems at all, and I have the pictures to prove it. But they didn't even bother to send me a bill. One day I started getting calls from a collection agency about SoCo Apartments. Seems SoCo doesn't bother to bill anyone, send a letter, or even call. They just send you straight to the collection agency, which instantly puts a black mark on your credit.

The others may be stuck living in this hell hole, but now that I have documented proof of them breaking collections law, maybe I can get something done. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I can't believe some of the things I am reading about credit being ruined, charges on apts that are not damaged (with pictures to prove), staff arguments and to top it all off, current employees are publicing having arguements with previous employees. I have been looking for an apt, but the immaturity that is displayed in a public venue is reason enough to not rent here. I dont know any of you, but all of you freak me out. Which is sad because I like the layouts of the apartment I see on apartments.com and the price is good. I don't need a landlord that is crazy and breaks law or takes advantage of residents, let alone unhappy exstaff. I was thinking about checking you out this weekend, but forget it.
