I don't know what kind of crack people are on who are writing these reviews. Since the new management has come onboard the property has gotten progressively worse. The main manager is WEIRD. She will tell you every little detail about her personal life and it is uncomfortable. The other manager seems okay, but they are both RACIST and they backstab each other constantly. I heard them saying bad things about people on the basis of their race (immigrants, specifically) which I thought was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention that rent has become SKY HIGH and the kitchens are WAY TOO SMALL. Did I mention NO STORAGE SPACE?? The only good thing about the property is the maintenance guy. He is fast and efficient and he is really nice. We are going to give our notice VERY soon and move far away from these crazy women.

I live by both managers and I am Hispanic. I have NEVER been treated badly by either manager! They have always been nice to me and my family, and they are always fast to help me with whatever I need! Maybe you're the one smoking crack....

Hmm, that's funny--I didn't know there could be more than two managers at an apartment complex so small...I will admit that I have heard a couple racial slurs coming from the office before when I don't think they've heard me in there--wasn't sure if it was serious or not, but EXTRA precaution still needs to be used...That's just rude.

I'm Hispanic, my spouse is white. We have one child and the last thing I need (or will put up with) is racism. Thank you for including that detail in your review. It has made the decision to rent here, an easy one. I will be steering friends and family away from Soco apartments.
