SoCo apartments are a little piece of heaven hidden away in the middle of an amazing city. I discovered this complex on the management company s website and decided to take a tour. The first time I called the complex I spoke to Mallory, who was wonderful. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I scheduled a time to go in and walk the show apartment. Mallory took the time to explain all of the amenities the complex had to offer as well as the many other benefits to living in this location. I actually made several more visits over the next month or so making an educated decision about my relocation from North Austin. During one of my other visits I had the pleasure of meeting Tamara, the Manager at SoCo. Again, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, knowledge, and patience. It was apparent from the beginning that successfully managing SoCo is more than just a job to Tamara, it is a personal commitment. Aside from her astounding professionalism on the front line, she works diligently to ensure that the property is well maintained. A few of the many things I really love about SoCo is the cleanliness of the complex, even the dumpster areas are kept very clean. The property is also well maintained in relation to power washed sidewalks, fresh paint on the fence surrounding the complex, a spotless mail room, and friendly overall environment. All of these wonderful things are ongoing, not just a rouse to get you in the door.
I have looked at many apartments over the past several years and I can tell you from experience that the management team at SoCo is very unique. They are not only customer friendly but they are extremely knowledgeable in their field and fiercely organized. Needless to say, I signed a lease at SoCo a couple of months ago. The process, while daunting was made quite pleasurable because I had the opportunity to work with such outstanding professionals. I would absolutely recommend both the complex and the management team at SoCo apartments to anyone looking for their own little piece of heaven in a bustling city, I am definitely at home.
