I have lived at SOCO for about a year. I am satisfied with the management, when I need maintenance they are quick to respond. About 6-7 months ago new management came in and finally began enforcing the rules!! No more large grills outside the apartments and they have sent out numerous warnings on entering through the exit gates. I was lucky not to get hit by people coming the opposite way. SOCO is a small complex which is rare around this area. I don t have noisy tenants and I feel safe living there. Every morning when I leave to work a maintenance worker is cleaning the grounds. I recommend SOCO as a reasonably priced and safe place to live.
