Nice Place - but lots of hidden extra costs

- The location is hard to beat. - Parking is a big issue if you have two cars - They don't tell you this till the lease time: -- water is a variable and billed to your directly ( $20 a person) -- Garbage is billed to you directly ($5) - Some units have patios that overlook a jungle of other patios = no privacy - The fixtures were probably of nice quality when the complex was built. But not upto spec for the price they charge - With Somerset you are paying for location. If you don't care so much for the location check out the Gables grand view, town lake, etc. Much better, newer and fancier for a similar price.

It's a good apartment complex. And having a complex bill the water and trash is normal. Although the water bill is a little high- it's twice as much as when we lived in a house.
