The apartments are generic and expensive for what you get. the manager has no concept of customer service. Expect to get screwed.

I currently live at Somerset Townhomes and was shocked to see this review! Somerset is a wonderful place to live and Courtney and Eric have always gone out of their way to help us with anything we need in our home. For the price and square footage you get a wonderful home. My husband and I have lived at Somerset for five years and hope to buy one when they turn them into condos some day. I don't know what they are talking about as far as hidden costs. You pay your water and trash bill but it averages about $22.00 per person. I highly recommend living at Somerset. Go talk to Courtney or Eric and you will se that this person has no idea what they are talking about as far as management. They are the nicest people you come accross when leasing an apartment home.

Well I really want to move in but if they don't guarantee how long you can lease like saying by it will someday turn in to a condo and maybe that will be in one month or one year, how can I really move in?
