I was worried about leasing at Somerset because I heard they were going to be converting them into condos. I found out that due to the market in Austin they are holding off. I leased a two bedroom with a garge and so far it is great! The location is good for me because I work downtown and my kids go to school at Doss(great school district). We have really enjoyed the pool it is more of a resort style pool. I haven't had time to use their fitness center but that seems nice as well. I would recommend checking them out. They have great prices for how large they are and you get a garage. Our house sold so this was a great transition home until we build our new home.
