Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
We have lived here in Sonterra II nearly 1.5 years now and really like the property. We will be renewing our lease soon.

Maintenance requests are promptly serviced. We like our neighbors.

...I wish there were garages for 3rd floors...
