the 60 day move out notice is in your lease. It's not the Apartment's responsibility when it was explained to you at the time you signed your lease. I recall very clearly sitting with the apartment manager for over an hour going over my lease and I was told several times about the 60 day move out notice. I recall this because I hate apartments that do 60 day notices because when you get ready to move out, other apartment complexes can usually only hold an apt for 30 days, so you basically have to give your notice before you have another place to live secured. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
