Everyone needs to judge an apartment complex for themselves. Everyone has their own experiences. Did you ever think that your own attitude might affect the people you meet. Maybe you said something to the leasing staff to make then act the way they did to you. I have lived at Sonterra for 3 years now and have always had great experiences when I talk to the leasing staff. They have been onsite for 2 1/2 years now and have done wonderful things for the property. They are all very pleasant and friendly. They have a tuff job having to deal with so many different people, different view points and different attitudes. Give them a break! You couldn't do any better!! Staff at Sonterra, keep up the good work!
