I've been at Sonterra for awhile now and since then there have been so many change in staff and owners. I understand how the business works however where is the previous manager. He was great in taking care of business especially quickly. Now the guys there just look at me like I'm crazy. Even though he may thought I was crazy he listened to my complaints and was the best. How do you loose an asset like that' Sorry guys get better staff. The new lady doesn't seem to be all there. Who is doing the hiring' On the bright side maintenance is awesome.
