We are pleased with this complex. We leased here initially because of friends who had a great apt here.

We love our apartment, the fact that we live in the country & that we face the wildlife preserve & can hear coyotes in the distance!

Half the people in our building have lived here longer than we have. That's great!

Yes the trash builds up on occasion, but many places have it worse.

The pool & jaccuzi are first class.

Maintainence/landscaping do a great good keeping up with requests and apperances. We are proud of living here at Sonterra II.
