I don't know where these other people have lived, but trust me, there are problems EVERYWHERE you go...this apartment complex is nice.
Maintenance gets things done quickly and properly without calling over and over again to request a repair.
The leasing staff will bend over backwards for you.
Sure, they have rules but every complex does...I totally recommend Sonterra as your next place to live.
