No, I dont work there or even know anyone who does but my experience has been totally different.

Maintenance has been responsive the few times Ive needed it.

Some of the staff arent the sharpest knives but they are friendly and try hard.

I pay my rent, they leave me alone.

Its a good arrangement.

I dont know where you come from but bugs happen in the Texas Hill Country.

You are living in the woods, their territory.

Get used to it.

If they used chemicals strong enough to kill scorpions and centipedes youd probably be complaining about the smell, or how it made you sick.

Some people arent cut out for apartment life.

Anyone who get on here exagerates everything and has nothing good to say is one of them.

Fortunately there are lots of $1,000,000 homes in the area.

Try one of those.
