After being prisner-uhh, tennent here for a few months now, I've come to regret it. I've had random people asking me for crack/weed several times, there's people drinking outside being loud late nights-even weeknights, kids outside playing and screeming after 11pm at night, just plain "ghetto". Most of these units are 600 sq ft 1br, however, there's many units that seem to have 4 or more people living in them-I thought it was illegal to have more than 2 or 3 in a 1 bedroom, and management seems to knowingly lease to entire familys of 3 or more in the 1 bedroom units in a few of the buildings. Repairs don't get done at all, I actually met a couple of "normal" people while I was moving in, who broke their lease becouse of the "ghetto" and the "incompetent warden/manager". I will not give them delight in breaking my lease. I will not use the laundry room or pool-they are scary night and day, and machines are broken a lot.
