Southland Apartments

Only live if you have to... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Well..I moved here about a year ago, and I only came here because I needed a place to live quick. I'm trying my hardest to get out now. I personally like the manager, I think she's nice, and she's always been very helpful to me, but the apartment itself is a wreak...My shower leaks into the apartment below us, and the guy that lived down there is a crack dealer....The cops have shown up several times at 3am to bang on his door. The grounds need a lot of work...I would REALLY like to see some grass instead of rocks and cigerette butts. For the most part, it's ok, but the people around here bite. Their loud, horrible, and one of them even called a friend of mine a ---- because she wouldn't go into his apartment. But, that being said...with better maintence and better neighbors, this would be a pretty good place to live.
