I lived here for 6 months. These apartments are a bit old but I never had a problem with the staff or neighbors. I rarely even heard my neighbors. The only problem I had was the carpet was very old and made everything I owned smell like cigarettes (i dont smoke). They should replace the carpet more frequently. Oh and I remember seeing these little silver fish bugs, pretty gross esp since I kept my apt pretty clean. But other than being old, smelly, and havin a few bugs it's not a bad place to live if you're on a tight budget.
