The management of this apartment complex is only worried about their money and will hunt you down to collect every bit of it. Just recently the manager had the maintenance man drill out our door knob leaving us with a huge peeping hole for everyone to look through. The windows do not lock at all and the maintenance won't hesitate to climb into your apartment to collect. I recall the manager laughing when the doorknob to our apartment hit the ground after being drilled out. They tried to pry our door open with a screw-driver and even using bodily force to shove open the door (which wasn't accomplished because both top deadbolts were locked at the time. Another time she (manager) almost walked right into our apartment after using her key to open the bottom deadbolt and was prevented from doing so only after swiftly locking one of the deadbolts. Bottom line... this place needs new management, locking windows, and most of all, respect for tenants!

Read post "Not safe for single females". The windows not locking have been a problem for quite some time. Former maintenance and who knows who else knows also. This complex is just too easily broken in to and vandalized. Girls have been assaulted while inside their apartments!
