Already Good, Getting Better

I've lived at Spicewood for two years, and everything has been pretty good. I am a single woman and feel very safe here. Plus, the apartments are big and the prices are very reasonable for NW Austin. Maintenance used to be a little slow, but new people recently took over the office, and they have really been on top of stuff.

The pool, tennis court, and fitness center are all very nice, too. I have referred several friends here.
