First of all, this is not a safe place for women. They apparently do not screen the residents, so many scary people are moving in. I've seen the police out many times and have strangers knocking on my door at midnight. Also, they are allowing way too many people to live in small apartments. My neighbor has 6 people living in a one bedroom. And to make matters worse, the management constantly wants to come into my apartment when I'm gone, even though I have told them numerous times that I do not want anyone in my apartment when I'm gone. They periodically do "inspections" and look through the entire apartment. Weird...I've never lived in a place like that.
My advice is DON'T DO IT! Pay an extra $50 and find a decent place to live.
