I've lived at Spicewood for about a year and a half and have been pretty happy with it. It's always been pretty quiet and, as a girl living by myself, I've always felt pretty safe. Yes, I've had maintenance issues including an AC that broke during the summer. But maintenance immediately installed an entire new AC. There are minor things, tile is pretty crappy in my apartment and my garbage disposal is ALWAYS breaking down. My biggest problem was that the gym burned down nearly a year ago, and it's just being rebuilt. I would have thought that would mean at least a discount on rent. However overall, everyone on the staff has always been very pleasant. If I wasn't planning on relocating for a job, I'd probably extend my lease.
