Do not live here! I lived here for over 2 years and there were some really creepy people in this complex. The thing that made be leave was discovering black mold that was creeping out from behind the wall due to a leak. The maintanence guy fixed the leak but painted over the mold. Then about a week later I found more black mold coming from the ceiling. I called the office and it took 3 days for anyone to come out. Finally on the 3rd day the maint. guy and manager came out said it was from a previous leak from the upstairs neighbor but not to worry since it was "inactive". What the hell is that' If it were that easy to determine that there wouldn't be such a thing as a mold inspector. All they did was scrape off the mold from the ceiling and paint over it. I only had four months left but couldn't take it and had to leave because I was sick for over a month and having upper respiratory problems.
