Horrible. A/C never worked at all. I called them they said the AC was working fine. I got a 308 dollars BILL FOR ELECTRICITY. My temperature was never below 85 and i have all energy savers bulbs. The fridge was old, YELLOW from aging and plastics all broken. Carpets FILTHY. My sisters came for a visit and a freaky old man would always stare at them while they were swiming at the DIRTY pool.
End of the story is... For The money i paid monthly (630) plus electricity ( around 250 ) i moved to a much nicer COMPLEX RESORT with wooden floors and new AC SYSTEMS covered parking lot very luxurious.
Just to mention... Before i moved i had to buy my own Air Conditioning system that's how i got to get the electricity lowered to 150.... STILL 150 !!! I feel bad for the people moving in. I hope they are not thinking they r gonna save money.
Oh and becareful with the sprinkler system. i was walking towards my car and it exploded on me. i had to go back and change clothes.
