Not sure why the reviews I'm reading are so terrible... I've lived here for two years. The office staff is friendly and helpful (it is relatively new office staff I hear). Maintenance is quick to respond to problems and they get things done right. Yes the appliances are older, but when my stove started having issues, they purchased me a new one (a few months ago). They also replaced my carpet when I first moved in. Yes, they do try and "fix" things at first to save money, but that's acceptable to me, and if fixing it doesn't work, they will replace it. Rent is reasonable, especially for the space of the apartment and size of the patio. My electric bill range is from $50-$130 depending on the month. If you want to live close to downtown, or have fancy new appliances, this is not the place for you. But if you want to live in a quiet area with about a 25 minute drive and no problems other than hearing people walking upstairs occasionally, at a resonable price, this is the place for you.
