The six months I lived here were the worst six months ever. I was there while the property was sold. They fired all the decent maintence staff, and hired people who spoke no English. I'm not racist at all, but I don't speak spanish, and they don't speak english. It's very hard to tell them what the problem is!

My daughter was in middle school at the time, and during the summer, the maintenence staff came to my door when I was gone, and threatened her when she wouldn't open the door. She's not allowed to open the door to strangers in my absence!
She called me at work, hysterical! When I called to complain, they said they had the right to enter my home at any time with no notice. Shortly after that, I moved out. No one that I don't know will be alone with my daughter in my apartment...especially strange men! While I was moving out, they decided my apt. was abandoned, so they removed my furniture, although I wasn't out of time yet. I never got all of it back!

I'd never live there again! They were rude, selfish, lying awful landlords. They treated me a second class citizen, because I'm caucasian. They never returned phone calls, and frequently didn't even bother to answer the phone during the day. I lived across from the office, I know they were there.

Please don't live here! You'll hate it!

I second this. I was here when this happened and left soon after, What this woman says is completely true!!!
