This is an old complex with few of the standard amenities:
no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, no grounds, no gym, no pool,
very small one bedroom units, perhaps better described as
studio apartments with a wall allowing them to be called
one bedroom.
Location: near Mopac and Lake Austin Blvd. will be great for
some people, but this is not really in the fashionable Enfield area, and the neighborhood has many properties that
predate zoning. Location, if it is good for you, will
be the best feature. But there are better units in the central area that are much cheaper.
Worst: much maintenance is required including electrical work.
Maintenance staff is not qualified. There are "allocated" water
bills that are highly variable as staff cannot fix leaks. Electrical stuff appears dangerous and staff lacks skills to fix things safely.
