I have lived in these apts for a year and a half have had to deal with multiple auto break ins, people smoking pot in the halls, tenants letting their dogs poop in the halls, and burned out lights in the halls. The management is usually right on top of things, but lately they are slacking. Things are getting worse. Rent is fairly cheap so we stay with hopes of better days. Management is very strick about the policies and rules. No late rent or your out. If your neighbors complain about you alot they will evict you. So be nice to your neighbors if at all possible. The 3 bedroom apts have good sized bedrooms and kitchen, but the living room is too small. Barely enough room for a sofa and love seat and a TV. The 4 bedroom apts are the bomb. They are very nice and roomy.
