Don't know where the others lived, wasn't Spring Valley.

I don't know where the other reviewers lived, but it couldn't have been Spring Valley. My two and a half years here have been very pleasant. Yeah, it is a low-income property but in my expereince as a single mother, Spring Valley FAR exceeds the rest of the tax credit apartments. The office staff is strict with the policies, but that is what keeps out the junkies and "gang-bangers". The people in the office are very friendly and helpful, if you follow the rules. They have even gone as far as to help me find a support agency to assist financially when I was having extreme difficulties. The maintenance staff is always prompt and they are nice guys too. I have never seen anyone hanging out in the parking lot, smoking dope or doing anything else out of line. I highly reccommend Spring Valley for anyone who needs a decent place to live at an extremely reasonable rate.
