I just moved into Spring valley in June. The rent was incredible and was expecting to have to live with some questionable conditions because of the location and the price of the rent. But in my opinion, this place has far exceeded my expectations. The staff was freindly and helpful to me. My last apartment treated me like I was an annoyance everytime I came into the office, so getting greeted with a smile was a pleasant change. The apartment was clean when I moved in. There were a few maintenance requests, but they were handled in a reasonable amount of time. Parking could be better, but that's anywhere. As far as guns and stuff go, I have never seen anyone lurking around and I come home late at night. I feel safe and I'm really happy. I will reccommend to my friends.
