I never had problems with things not working in the apartment. The problem I had was with the cleanliness of the outside hallways. They announced that they would clean it once a month, and it happened once I think the entire year of my lease. The other problem I had was with the office staff. There is not a focus on customer service at all. There seemed to be only one person who could do tasks and answer questions. The walls are extremely thin, I lived on the bottom floor and could hear music at 2 am from the third floor. The community is fairly young, but there are bugs. I do not recommend this community.
