In response to the last two VERY negative entries, it is obvious that this person/people had a bad experience here. I have to ask, are you so angry because you were asked to leave for lease violations or failure to pay rent' Whatever the circmstances, we are sorry you are not a happy person. We do our best to assure that all residents are given the best living experience possible and most are pleased with their time here, as is evident with our less than 4% turnover ratio. Of course, you can't please everyone all the time and some people will never be pleased at anytime.
Property Management is a thankless job. We only hear from folks that have complaints. Happy people sit contently in the apartments, paying their rent on time and never saying a thing. On this website alone, there are 11,181 apartment communities that are rated and less than 1% that have scored a 50% or better satisfaction rating. It is apparent that the happy folks aren't coming here to rate their apartments. Instead they are telling their friends and family and referring them to their communities. Word of mouth... the best advertising!
So for all you truly sad, unhappy people who have nothing better to do than write tacky messages, filled with slander against individuals...try smiling! If someone isn't treating you the way you want to be treated, look at the way you are treating them. Maybe the problem is within yourself.
For those of you who are happy where you live, make your management's day and tell them thanks! Wave at your maintenance guy and say Good Morning! You will never know how far that will get you!

the reason you women of the office don't get any thing but complaints is because when you show us the property it's nice but as soon as we move in it is filled with ------- ROACHES. you tell us that they will come spray but hell i think they are immune to that ----!!!!!!!all you need to do is defog the whole building at one time and maybe just maybe it will help!!!!!!all I know that if this ---- don't get any better than I will go to the news and austin tenants council and embarass you guys to hell!! I am fixing to break my lease just to get out of this hell hole!!! I just hope i don't drag the damn roaches with me!!!!! I lived on riverside!!! and never,not once had a problem with any kind of bugs at all!! you guys accept section 8 but hell you don't have to make it look like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the apt itself i like but damn i can't even sit at home and chill without having to get up every minute and stomp on roaches!!!!!! HURRY UP AND GET YOUR ---- TOGETHER DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
