Place Sucks!

I lived at Spring Valley back in 2004.
I had just graduated highschool and back then the price was $550 for a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath.
Never really had problems while I lived there except I didn't feel safe walking around the community at night and my room-mate's car got broken into once.
After I moved out I heard that the crime and drug problems increased since Hurricane Katrina victims moved in and kinda trashed the place.
I would say if you are hurting for money and need a place to stay, choose these apartments but if you can afford better, get it! By the way, if Jennifer still works in the leasing office, don't even bother, she's ----- and hard to deal with.
Not a very welcoming person.
