Future is BRIGHT!

I just want to write and tell everyone that this place is on the rise. I moved into Spring Valley in September of '06. The Apartments themselves, have always been nice. Whether it's the Spacious floor plans, the new fixtures, or the low rent. You could not find a better place for the money. The hallways on the other hand were disgusting. This is no longer the case. The new property manager, Vesna, has completely turn this community around. The hallways are pristine. New paint on the walls, carpeting in the main halls, and tile in the doorways. This looks like a completely different place. As I am writing this, they are repainting the buildings. They have also done lots of gardening around the property to make it look so much more of a comunity built for family. Inviting. The girls in the front office are always so helpful and always greet you with a smile. That is always nice to see in the times we are in right now, with everyone worried about their financial stabilities or instabilities. I guess what I'm tring to portray to the reader, in a not so eloquent way, is that this is a wonderful place to live. If your in the market for new housing and want a nice, family oriented community. Give Spring Valley a try.
