i lived here for two years and they are nice in the inside and outside but they still have issues...

carla in the office is an ding dong....

Jennifer is really awesome,.....

but I couldn't live with all the bugs constanly had to bug home defense max and spray the apartment...

I hate bugs in the house so I constantly was cleaning but my neighbors were filthy.....

I really didn't feel safe here because there was a guy that got raped yes a guy like in the middle of the night screaming and when we looked out the window there he was getting raped...

then on more than one occasion there where guns that were fired on the sight at night and when I called the office to make sure those people had been taken care the office acted clueless ......

But the inside of the apartments are really nice for the price ....

.the grounds was kept up maintence was a little slow but nothing too bad

Not to defend this property because it is a roach infested mess, but... This person says she lived there from 2009-2009. Both Karla and Jennifer have been gone from that property since 2007! Further, while drug dealing, homeless people and car break-ins are common place, if you check the police reports (available online) there have not been any reports of sexual assault, rape, molestation, etc. at this property. Fact is, if you want cheap rent this place has it. If you want safety, security, quality neighbors or professional, friendly office staff, then you'll need to look elsewhere.
