We moved here in 2005, the place was in great shape. This is not the case anymore. First off they do not fix problems when asked too, they waited almost 4 months to fix a leak in my kitchen. The grounds are terribly trashy. They dont take care of them at all. But the most disturbing thing is that they could care less who they rent too. We had an home broken into, we someone robbed at gunpoint, we had all ac units stolen, we have had two drug users/dealers here. They dont care, all they want to do is collect money and not turn a hand running this place. The guy who runs the place he is nice, but he is trashy and has 5 kids plus himself and lady friend living in a 2 bedroom. Too bad this could be one of the nicest places around to rent, great location, but that is all the good I can say now.
