Our apartment had ants, spiders and carpenter ants. There were cobwebs all over the front entrance and window screens. We were told the sprinkler system worked, but we never ever saw it come on once. The air conditioning units are way too small and ours ran constantly giving us very high electric bills for a very small apartment. Water bills are shared and we were charged for way over the gallons we used in our apartment. Our kitchen smelled like mold and our dishwasher was terrible. Lighting in the complex was horrible.
