I would not recommend this place

On the plus side, the Springs complex is centrally located, they allow pets, everyone has their own entrance, and all of the units are on the ground level. On the negative side, the office staff is unpleasant - more interested in their soaps than the tenants -the "handyman" has no idea what he is doing, and many of the units (inside and out) are in disrepair. I lived there myself for several months and was only midly put off by the things I had to deal with, but I know others who have lived there for years and have never had appliances updated (while most of the rest of the units underwent renovations, several tenants were stuck with old, very inefficient appliances - thus raising utility bills). My neighbor's apartment had a strong smell of mold which was never dealt with, and the rodent population outside is widely ignored as well. There is also a sewage problem outside at least one of the buildings, which is also ignored. I do not recommend moving here unless it is very temporary.
