after having lived there for 4 years i just moved out into my own condo. i have to say i was thoroughly pleased with most every aspect of my time there. the manager (connie) was pleasant and very willing to help with anything i had. the community never had a noise problem for the entire time i lived there. and there was always plenty of shade during the summers so you didn't scortch (spelling') yourself while walking out to your car. my unit was a 2/2 and the living room had plenty of space for both my sectional couch and my TV. plus my cats seemed to like the place also. my neighbors were generally friendly--though there was one woman in the unit behind me that i didn't care for and had hoped she would move out sooner than i did. either way shes gone now! when i moved out connie spent time and walked the unit with me to make sure i didn't incur any cleaning or BS "move out" fees. very professional and i would move back anytime
