I lived here for a few years and would rank this place average
overall. This place is fairly quiet although you can hear the
train when it runs. Many of the folks are retired so you really
don't have to worry about wild parties at all hours. I noticed
that most people were in for the night by 9pm except for me:-).
Don't be afraid to negotiate on the rent. For around $800 for a
2bed/2bath, it not too bad of a deal. They originally told me
that "market" was around $950 and once they saw that I wasn't
biting, quickly dropped to around $800. By the way, your water
bill is averaged so you will pay the same as all apartments
(big and small) in the complex. Great if you have a large family,
bad if you are single.

I did have a few issues. One was a constant ant problem
during the summer (it got worse the drier it got outside). The
other main problem was the AC system. Either the systems installed
are too small for the size of the place or the apartments are
poorly insulated. My average electric bill was usually around
$150 which I think is a little high for just a 2 bedroom apartment
with the temp set at 78. My last real gripe comes with my move out. Like
the previous posters, you will probably be charged for something
when you move out. I have lived in many different apartments and
always clean when leaving. I have always had my full deposit
returned until this place. It was only a $50 deduction, but that I think
that is also expensive for just dusty blinds.
